Pricing Details

  • Up to three (3) people from your organization can attend for one fixed price of $14,990
  • Pay in full upfront and receive $990 off the event price for your organization
  • Standard payment schedule includes a down payment of $5,000 due upon registration; $5,000 due 60 days prior to event; and a final payment of $4,990 due 30 days prior to event
  • Pricing includes gourmet breakfasts, lunches, and full-service happy hours on days one and two, as well as a gourmet breakfast and lunch on day three
  • Attendees are responsible for their own airfare and accommodations
  • Preferred hotel rates at The InterContinental Hotel are available for attendees
