THE PROCESS

  • The program is delivered over a series of 7 – 9 separate 1.5-hour Zoom workshop sessions
  • The estimated completion timeframe is only 4 – 6 weeks, with 1 – 2 sessions held each week
  • It is recommended that a max of four people attend sessions to ensure a streamlined process
  • Each session covers a section of the Brand Playbook to accomplish brand outcomes
  • There is no pre-work before the program begins nor any homework between sessions
  • Kate DiLeo will take notes during each session to capture a record of all brand components
  • An updated copy of the Brand Playbook will be emailed immediately after each session
