The Revenue Acceleration Event: Code of Conduct

To ensure the best possible experience for all members, The Brand Trifecta, LLC. (“we”, “us” or “our”) has established some basic guidelines for participation. We are committed to creating a healthy, exciting, respectful, supportive community and environment for everyone. Each individual at our Events need to  adhere to this “Code of Conduct”.

1. Be a Good Human. There is a firm “no jerk” policy, as well as a “give first and business will thrive” spirit of participation. Events provide a curated environment with business leaders who desire to build lasting relationships and partnerships that drive organizational and personal growth. You are therefore expected to leave your ego at the door and be kind, respectful, and helpful to those around you.

2. Participate Actively and Thoughtfully. You are expected to participate in and contribute to all Events and other related activities you take part in authentically and actively to ensure you and others in the room receive the utmost value and optimal outcomes from the Event experience.

3. Demeaning, Discriminatory or Harassing Speech or Actions. You are expected to refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. This includes without limitation harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images; inappropriate depictions of violence; deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of an Event or other related activities; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Event venues may be shared with members of the public, so please be respectful to all other persons at these locations.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality. Please remember that you are obligated to keep confidential information belonging to others confidential. However, because we cannot control the conversations that you have, please limit the disclosure of confidential information to only that which is necessary.

5. Safety and Mindfulness. You are expected to be mindful of your surroundings and of others. Please alert us if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or someone engaging in demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior.

6. Consequences of Violating the Code of Conduct. Violations of this Code of Conduct will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop the applicable conduct is expected to comply immediately. If anyone violates this Code of Conduct, we or others, acting at our direction, may take any appropriate action, up to and including ejecting someone from an Event. No refund of any fees or charges will be provided in any such event.
